JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing clients through phone calls to promote skincare products and services.
- Product Promotion: Explain the benefits of various beauty and skincare products, treatments, and promotions to clients.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants or skincare specialists.
- Sales Follow-up: Track follow-up calls, handle customer queries, and encourage repeat purchases.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients on products and services, reporting any concerns or suggestions to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Telemarketing Experience: Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, especially within the beauty or skincare industry, is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Confidence in pitching products and services, with persuasive techniques to close sales.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, making a high volume of calls while handling administrative tasks.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
