Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, including potential partnerships, alliances, and new verticals.
- Lead the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee the development of sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business development team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee client account management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Use data and insights to make informed strategic decisions and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts across relevant industries.
- Oversee the preparation and negotiation of business proposals and contracts.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- B2B sales experience within Medtech/ Lifescience industry
- Experience in CRM (Salesforce)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to travel internationally: Indonesia, China, USA, Switzerland and etc
