Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:Manage end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, including projects involving AI/ML models, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
   
2. Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with stakeholders across Consumer Banking Operations and Technology to ensure alignment on deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
   
3. Progress Reporting:Provide regular updates to stakeholders, track project milestones, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
   
4. Change Management:Lead and support organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or technologies.
   
5. Quality Analysis:Conduct thorough quality analysis and assurance to maintain high project standards throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Experience:Proven experience in project management, with a focus on AI/ML or technology-driven initiatives.
  Strong background in change management and quality analysis.
  
• Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
