Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare tender submission, follow ups an carry out tender presentations for M&E related works.
- Quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costs used in the tendering process.
- To request for quotation and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for various trades.
- Oversee of review contracts, identify irregularities in order to ensure compliance of contracts and the drawings.
- Progress monthly payments, claims and final account settlement
- Interpret technical design/ drawings and checking installation drawings (M&E)
- Any other ad-hoc assignments.
