Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Production Technicians, ensuring safe and seamless production operations, while collaborating with the Process Engineer to optimize processes and achieve operational and cost efficiency during shifts.
- Troubleshooting plant, equipment, and quality issues, recommending effective countermeasures, and actively monitoring plant equipment integrity and reliability.
- Supporting the Process Engineer in maintaining stable plant operation and product quality control by providing suitable operating conditions during shift operations.
- Overseeing the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
