Responsibilities
- Support and implement the annual Go-To-Market strategy for assigned products, focusing on segmentation, pricing, and marketing tactics to meet sales targets.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability.
- Conduct consumer insights research and identify opportunities for brand development and market expansion.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans and maximize ROI on marketing investments.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, track execution progress, and support the sales team through joint field visits (at least 2 days/month).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management and brand marketing within the FMCG/Pharmaceutical Consumer Healthcare industry.
