Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates for properties within the assigned portfolio.
- Secure new tenancies, manage lease renewals, identify potential market segments, and liaise with property agents.
- Conduct market research on competitors, rental benchmarks, and occupancy costs to stay competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Handle all necessary contractual paperwork and coordinate the handover of units to new tenants.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail leasing.
- Familiar with the real estate industry with an established network of contacts.
