Overview

The successful candidate will provide timely onsite support to our customers and address their concerns and enquiries about our multi-function devices (MFDs). The Role:

  • Carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of customers’ MFDs (e.g. copiers and printers)
  • Manage the inventory of MFD parts, tools and assets assigned to you
  • Ensure internal records are updated timely and status of service calls are communicated to the team

Requirements:

  • Experience in troubleshooting monochrome and colour printers in a network environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
  • A valid Class 2 or 3 driving license with good driving record preferred
  • Entry level NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma holders in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or any related fields are welcome to apply
