Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (ID4638)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.30pm.
Salary: $3000-$3500
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Familiar with local transportation in conventional trucking and LCL.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to schedule deliveries.
• Track and manage ongoing jobs, ensuring they are effectively and efficiently completed.
• Handle job closure processes to ensure billing is completed promptly within the designated timeframe.
• Address and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in resolving any logistical challenges or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and transactions.
• Manage permit declarations for LCL shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Your Professional Background:
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. We are open to considering candidates without any relevant experience.
• Relevant knowledge of Singapore roads, yard, and port operations.
• Proficiency in import/export permit declarations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A good team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
