Job Responsibility:-
- Monthly book-keeping
- Prepare statutory accounts, working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Perform Data Entry
- Daily update & reconcile finance accounts, trading books and cash book.
- Calculate and check to make sure payments, receipts, amounts and records are correct.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing funds and answering any queries.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Support superior and colleague to achieve efficient team work
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements:-
- Strong accounting knowledge & experience is required; Minimum 3 years of hands on book-keeping experience
- Chartered Accountant preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- Applicants must be willing to work in CBD area
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) to liaise with external vendors
- 5 days work week but willing to put in the necessary time to ensure timely closure of accounts each month
- Highly fluent with MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with Xero accounting software is preferred
