Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the implementation of the company's member compliance policies, improve the compliance framework, address queries from regional compliance representatives, assist them in handling complex cases, and provide regular compliance training for representatives and members in various regions.
- Provide support and advice on all legal and compliance issues across the Group, covering areas including intellectual property, dispute resolution, and commercial activities.
- Prepare and update template agreements, including non-disclosure, event, quality, lease agreements, etc.
- Oversee the filing and organization of legal contracts and documentation.
- Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio and handle intellectual property prosecution matters together with external intellectual property counsels.
- Support the Group’s M&A activities and integrations as required.
- Manage and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
- Perform related duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Law or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Written and Verbal skills in English and Mandarin (Required to liaise with mandarin-speaking counterparts)
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter and team player
- Excellent at building rapport with various Business Divisions through effective communication and interpersonal skills
