- Need to oversee facility maintenance by upkeep of essential systems, such as air conditioning, lighting, and fire safety.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring maintenance and repairs are executed punctually and in line with company quality and safety standards.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule to optimise facility operations and ensure timely completion of routine tasks, inspections and projects.
- Assist in facility-related projects, ensuring all activities adhere to company policies, safety guidelines and established protocols.
- Ensure all facility operations comply fully with internal company policies with particular attention to safety and risk management protocols.
- Maintain precise facility records, handle timely renewals of necessary licenses and permits and ensure documentation aligns with company requirements for quality control and compliance.
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure that vendors and contractors rigorously follow company safety policies and contractual terms.
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in similar position and industry (Logistics/3PL)
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all levels internally or externally.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good time management and good team player.
