What is the Opportunity?
A fantastic opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Engineer to join our passionate, highly driven and successful Service Team based in our Singapore office.
Reporting to the Senior Regional Service Manager, the role of Service Engineer you will apply your technical knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment and products for the Arjo customer on-site within the care facility. You will support customers by securing the best possible condition for mobility products and solutions. Your skills will help empower movement for people facing mobility challenges and increase the quality of lives for residents, patients and caregivers.
Your role will involve:
- Provide equipment on-site inspection, corrective & preventive maintenance activities & repair services to hospital, nursing home and home patients;
- Collaborates with user/s and department/s to understand needs and enable them with solutions;
- Timely completion and reporting of documents;
- Ensures accurate documentation on repairs/assessment/PM’s;
- Respond to breakdown calls;
- Promote service contracts;
- Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy;
- Be well presented and uphold the company's brand and guiding principles;
- Be able to operate within the companies OH&S guidelines including adherence to infection control policies and procedures;
- Any adhoc duties as assigned.
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Diploma/Degree related to Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or related discipline
- Possessed at least 1-3 years of experience in IT network connectivity/integration-HL7 programming
- Technical background and/or with Autocad knowledge;
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, energetic, resourceful and able to work under pressure;
- Field experience preferably within the Healthcare or service related sector;
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service by possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.
