Job Scope:
- Coordinate and guide the project team through the renovation process, ensuring projects are delivered with top quality, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain direct communication with customers from project planning through to completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Work under time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with onsite carpenters/vendors and follow up with manufacturers regarding any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Diploma in related field of study.
- Min 1 to 3 years of experience in ID projects, preferably residential projects.
- Able to manage and see through completion of projects
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Transport allowance will be provided if candidate drives own vehicle for work purposes.
