Job Responsibilities:
- Promote our brand’s skincare/makeup/haircare products over the counter
- Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Perform skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
- Meets personal and counter targets and complete tasks on time
- Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
- Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system and member database
- Ensure adequate protection measures in place for data are compliant with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Do Not Call (DNC)
- Ensure maintenance of store housekeeping and VMD display
- Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
- Accountable for cash till and deposit of cash, where applicable
Job Requirements:
- No experience are welcome, training will be provided
- Preferred to have 1 year of retail sales experience, in the beauty industry
- Proven sales track record
- Good interpersonal skills
- Independent, driven, possess initiative and optimistic
- A good team player
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry
