Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Understand clients' air export requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
- Monitor and update customers on shipment status, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Address and resolve service-related inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and pricing for air export shipments.
- Prepare and review air export documentation including Airway Draft.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates preferred / Candidates with 1 year of relevant industry experience
- Career path changers are welcome (e.g., those with previous operations experience)
- Good communication skills
- Liaise with carriers to check pricing and recommend rates
- This role mainly involves liaising with clients via email; seldom requires calls to clients
- Must have a good memory to remember freight restrictions and which goods cannot be delivered
- Candidates who are more outspoken are preferred; it’s a bonus if they are open to sales in the future
