Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Management
- Oversee and manage the company’s HR operations to fulfill daily deliverables across the employee lifecycle.
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee employee benefits and payroll administration.
- Manage the employee grievance handling process.
2. HR Analytics and Process Improvement
- Identify improvement opportunities using HR analytics and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Establish HR data collection requirements and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Perform data analysis and share insights with the management team.
3. Workforce Planning
- Define, develop, and implement workforce plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive the annual headcount and budget planning exercise.
- Monitor and control manpower costs to meet key performance indicators.
- Report and address anomalies in employee behavior and workplace environments.
4. Talent Acquisition and Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the talent acquisition process.
- Oversee and drive the performance management process.
- Support senior management in employee progression and succession planning initiatives.
5. Compensation Management
- Manage new hire offers and compensation-related processes.
- Review and maintain salary structures to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Administer annual salary reviews and performance-based compensation programs.
6. Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Design, develop, and implement EVP initiatives that align with evolving talent pool needs.
- Manage internal employee communication channels.
- Organize monthly employee assemblies, town halls, leadership engagement activities, and team-building events.
7. Data Protection Officer (DPO) Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Alert top management to personal data risks.
- Liaise with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as needed.
- Protect personal data through appropriate governance over its collection, use, disclosure, and care.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong background in HR management and development.
