This role is essential to help us identify new opportunities, optimize client acquisition strategies, and drive our vision of becoming a leading name in the automotive workshop industry. Through innovative business strategies and effective relationship-building, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping our future growth and success.


Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Identify new market trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies to enhance product and service offerings.

2. Develop strategies to attract new clients, including automotive businesses, car dealerships, and private customers, to drive workshop growth.

3. Forge and maintain relationships with suppliers, automotive companies, and industry professionals to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

4. Design and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the automotive repair and customization industry.

5. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and handling client inquiries or complaints.

6. Create and manage marketing initiatives to highlight the workshop’s unique services, such as body part manufacturing and custom spray painting, through social media, events, and advertising.

7. Build the workshop’s brand reputation by showcasing quality, expertise, and reliability to stand out in the competitive automotive service market.

8. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project deadlines, quality standards, and client specifications are met, streamlining operations and workflow.

9. Regularly analyze sales performance and customer feedback, providing insights and reports to improve service delivery and strategic decision-making.

10. Manage the budget for business development activities and forecast future sales to support financial planning and resource allocation.


Technical Skills and Competencies

1. To have in-depth understanding of automotive body parts, materials, and paint application processes and to be familiar with industry standards for manufacturing and spray painting to effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.

2. To learn the knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, and content marketing, to increase brand visibility.

3. To have the ability to coordinate with production and operations teams to align business goals with production capacity. and the skill to overseeing multiple projects, from partnership initiatives to client engagements, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

4. To understand industry regulations, quality control standards, and safety compliance specific to automotive parts and spray painting and the ability to ensure all business practices align with regulatory and quality standards.

5. To have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and key industry stakeholders and expertise in customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
