Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to drive company growth, align strategic initiatives with corporate goals, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
- Oversee business development and sales efforts to expand market presence in the valves, piping, and water treatment sectors, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business objectives while implementing strategies to enhance performance.
- Develop and execute business policies, strategies, and high-level decisions in collaboration with senior management to maintain competitive market positioning.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and leadership continuity.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and financial performance standards while managing risks and maintaining operational integrity.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in engineering, business management, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
- Over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within valves/piping in the oil/gas or water treatment industries, with a proven track record of business growth and partnership development.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire teams, lead organizational change, and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Expertise in sales and marketing within the industrial sector, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly adaptable, results-driven, and able to navigate complex challenges while adjusting to evolving business needs.
