As an Indoor Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and enhancing our customer engagement strategies. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating closely with sales teams, and contributing to our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive pre-sales support.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty by utilizing effective communication and resolving issues efficiently.
Sales Support:
- Generate sales quotations and reports to facilitate and enhance the sales team’s efforts.
- Close collaboration with sales and application teams to comprehend customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintaining up-to-date CRM records, tracking customer interactions, order history, and anticipated demands.
- Evaluate CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
Marketing:
- To support corporate global marketing on local multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print).
- Ability to create content to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement will be an advantage.
- Monitor campaign performance and to optimize results.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in electronic engineering/business.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, SAP B1 and marketing tools is a plus.
