Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Willing to learn with adaptable mindset and passion for IT
- Good communication skills and rapport with staff
- Proactive and responsible to resolve problems
Description
- Responsible for overall IT support and maintenance
- Manage IT Request and ensure all IT Requests are processed in a timely manner with SLA
- Manage and support employee workstations, laptops or mobile devices for end-users to be in good working condition
- Maintain IT documentation for maintenance, updates, deployments or change requests
- Respond to alerts, issues or incidents promptly
- Maintain GCP, Azure, Microsoft cloud platforms and other cloud based IT infrastructure
- Maintain and patch servers and systems regularly
- Maintain backups and restoration tests
- Conduct IT induction training for users
- Participate in internal or external audits and accreditations
- Sourcing and purchasing of IT equipment
- Maintain cybersecurity and integrity against intrusions and vulnerabilities, preventing data loss, compromise.
