Responsibilities:
This is a 12-month contract role located at Singapore CBD, focused on managing remittance operations, audit documentation, and maintaining service excellence.
- Perform remittance operations as a maker, ensuring transactions are completed accurately.
- Prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audit reviews promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Resolve customer queries, feedback, and complaints swiftly and efficiently.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and projects as assigned.
We seek a proactive, risk-conscious individual who is detail-oriented and confident in decision-making.
Skills/Requirement:
- Entry-level role requiring accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated,resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Willingness to work staggered hours and public holidays when needed.
