We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in the corporate banking. The ideal candidate will have a pulse on the latest social media trends and viral content, boasting personal following and a knack for creating engaging, shareable content in the B2B environment. This individual should have a solid understanding of how social media platforms and their algorithms work, with the ability to tailor content for maximum visibility and impact, especially LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- Set content strategy and drive engagement on social platforms targeted at corporate clients.
- Develop and implement engaging social media content that aligns with the bank's brand and marketing goals, ensuring posts are optimised for reach and virality.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging social media content (including text, images, and videos) that resonates with the target audience.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our strategies accordingly.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media Studies or any related field.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Social Media Content Management role.
- Proven record of success in growing social media channels and driving engagement.
- Excellent creative and analytical skills.
- Experience working with Excel, Word, Powerpoint or equivalent tools.
- Must have excellent stakeholder management skills.
