Job Description:
- Handle the entire procurement processes and support workflows, according to the sourcing strategies set.
- Manage the full procurement process, including supplier tendering, selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and payment to meet operational needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, standards, and regulations while keeping accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and manage contract agreements effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess Diploma or above in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in construction/ civil engineering industry.
- Experienced with sourcing and material understanding.
- Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
- Bilingualism will be an advantage as we need to oftenly and effectively communicate with overseas stakeholders.
