Job Summary:
· 5 days’ work week (8.00am – 5.30pm)
· UP to S$2,500 (include Completion Bonus)
· Location: West (Tuas South)
Job Responsibilities:
· Handle and manage customers' orders
· Handle enquiries relating to deliveries
· Co-ordinate with various stakeholders on orders fulfilment
· Proper documentation for ISO compliance
· Any other relevant administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
· Prior experience in Customer Service support or a related role.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· MS Office proficient
