Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls with enquiries on centre related matters
- Liaise with departments to answer the enquiries
- Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
- Ensure achievement of deadlines within the required timeframe
Requirements
- Minimum "O" Level and above
- At least 1 year experience in contact centre environment
