Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the product visual design and quality.
- Participate in product planning and research, be able to develop a high quality design style in the project, and form design guidelines and promote it within the team.
- Sensitive to the product user experience, have a good understanding of product data indicators, based on the analysis to propose optimization solutions, and continue to improve the product experience.
- Be able to explore the future development and design direction of the product, creative design for forward-looking products, and participate in the team's professional development and knowledge dissemination.
Requirements
- Strong logical thinking ability, communication ability, driving ability and learning ability.
- Strong internal drive, sense of responsibility, big heart, able to bear greater work pressure and work intensity, not picking up jobs.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
- Experience in back-end logic design and strategic product design.
- Experience in derivatives is preferred.
