1. Plans, directs and monitors the cleaning operations team.
2. Oversees the management of resources on project sites.
3. Develops cleaning operational plans and manage service contracts and incidents related to cleaning operations.
4. Prepare work method statement and Risk Assessment for all scopes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of similar work experience
- Prefer with Diploma qualification
- Physically fit and healthy
- Possess good communication skills and can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients and follow up with client’s feedback
- Ability to recruit cleaning staff / crew
- Able to handle report submission/ presentations
- Class 3 driving licence
- Computer literate
