This exciting role extends beyond traditional automotive retail. You will be part of the Gogoro Sales and Marketing department, enabling business operations and driving sustainability solutions. We are hiring Sales and Leasing Executives who are sales-driven and have operational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Leasing:
- Proactively prospect and generate leads from provided platforms or own sources to expand the clientele base rapidly.
- Attend to walk-in customers and perform counter sales duties.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate.
- Follow up with existing customers on contract renewals and ensure the fleet grows steadily.
- Actively pursue sales to meet (and exceed) individual sales targets and the company's overall targets.
- Ensure all revenues and payments are collected promptly.
Corporate Sales and Leasing:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for long-term leasing opportunities.
- Customize leasing solutions to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Provide aftersales services to corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
After-Sales:
- Serve as the main liaison point with customers.
- Address and rectify customers’ complaints/feedback promptly.
- Manage the collection, repossession, and relocation of vehicles throughout the contract duration.
- Regularly update the fleet management system and take necessary actions to manage customers/alternative solutions.
- Provide aftersales services to customers post-onboarding.
- Harmonize expectations on vehicle conditions with partners to minimize disputes.
- Provide technical advice to drivers regarding vehicle functionality and familiarization.
Admin:
- Ensure documentation and information of customers and fleet vehicles are collected and updated promptly.
- Report weekly sales forecasts, usage rates, collection, and claim rates.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure vehicles are prepared for customer delivery.
- Collaborate with operations and fellow sales team members to ensure service excellence through all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Tertiary education with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or fleet management.
- Experience in retail or counter sales is an added advantage.
- Dynamic, resourceful, self-initiated, with a track record of getting things done.
- Strong work ethic and sense of accountability in a start-up environment.
- Valid Class 2B license is a must
- Able to commit 5.5 days work week on a rotational basis.
