Purpose:
This role fosters a culture-driven organization by facilitating Cultural Onboarding program, employee engagement activities, event/training coordination, learning platform management, and analytical reporting to support organizational goals.
With strong communication, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach, this role drives company-wide initiatives, fosters employee engagement, and contributes to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Support
- Assist in the delivery of Organisation Development and Learning introductions during new hire orientation.
- Support the Senior Manager in scheduling and co-delivery of the Cultural Onboarding Programme for all employees
2. Employee Engagement
- Schedule employees to participate in engagement sessions
3. Training and Course Administration
- Provide administrative support for external courses, liaising with stakeholders, and managing payment arrangements.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date training records (internal and external) are maintained in the HRIS Training module.
- Support employees in the application process for external courses and respond to training-related inquiries.
- Organize monthly Standard First Aid Courses and First Responder Courses.
4. Learning Systems and Reporting
- Monitor and prepare monthly reports on departmental training expenses and update the learning dashboard.
- Provide Learning system administrative assistance on curating learning collection, assisting course assignments, resolving activation issues, and responding to course-related queries.
5. Policy and Process Management
- Respond to inquiries on training policy.
- Disseminate announcements to employees on upcoming Organisation Development and Learning initiatives.
6. Company Event Coordination and Wellness Program
- Coordinate and schedule Wellness Warriors monthly meetings and create EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) on Wellness and CSR activities.
- Coordinate and support company’s annual Dinner & Dance event.
7. Participation Monitoring
- Track and report participation rates for training programs.
8. Project Support:
- Assist in the delivery of Organisation Development and Learning projects and initiatives, as required.
This role requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Requirements: Executive, Organisation Development and Learning
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning, or Organisation Development.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Salary:
$2600 to $4000 (The level of appointment will depend on the qualifications and experience)
