Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support
- Support in market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Support Account Managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Join external meeting with Account Manager or Technical Manager for minutes taking
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Post-Sales Support
- Support in provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Support in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Keep record of sales trends
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Review, follow-up pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Preferably experience from working in the Maritime Industry.
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM softwares
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
