RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for prospecting, promotion and sales of the company's suite of products and services.
- Liaise with and develop relationship with strategic accounts.
- Leads and customer information entry into our Sales system.
- Provide Channel & Product sales support.
- Work closely with vendor to manage service renewals and providing weekly pipeline updates.
- Following up on sales and renewal enquiries actively till closure.
- Work closely with team members to facilitate calls, manage work flow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
- Assist with providing necessary information to procurement team for order processing.
- Liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business Administration/ IT or related discipline. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Sales Administration and Telemarketing necessary.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team and perform under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
