Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
- Understand and apply HVAC, Building Automation, and Energy Management systems to meet project specifications and ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues in installed BMS and EMS systems.
- Analyze and resolve communication problems with control devices and other system components.
- Perform software preventive maintenance on installed BMS and EMS equipment to ensure system longevity and reliability.
- Support system commissioning and testing processes to verify that systems function as intended.
- Assist in system upgrades, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and adherence to project timelines.
Key Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Automation, Energy Management, or related control systems.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, MODBUS, and LON.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving system issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using software tools and diagnostic equipment for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to learn new technologies and protocols quickly.
