Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists.
2. Present and explain product & services to potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Follow up with potential customers to confirm appointments
4. Sharing basic product information and services, answer basic inquiries, and gather contact information.
5. Maintain accurate call records and update customer databases.
6. Keep accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve processes.
8. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing telemarketing activities.

Working hours & Salary
- Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 11.30 am, 2 pm to 4 pm
