Job Responsibilties
- Oversee the IT Department in terms of leadership & growth whilst working closely with relevant senior managers
- Drive collaboration across the organization, both local & regional, to identify needs and develop scalable IT solutions for the company
- Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
- Deployment of data and research initiatives to drive cross-business corporate prioritization.
- Development and evaluation of IT projects in compliance of the comnpany's objectives
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve mutual goals for the company.
- Form and lead internal teams, providing training and mentorship as and when needed.
- Directly and indirectly manage staff with the goal of enhancing professional development and personal growth.
- Manage relationships with key clients and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimally 8 years of experience in Information Technology sector
- Bachelors degree in business or relevant field
- At least 5 years in management position
- Able to speak fluent & write Mandarin to liaise well with the regional headquarters in China
