Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the Head of Market Access to develop and execute price and access strategies.
- Coordinate with a third party to execute and monitor patient access program,
- Manage pricing process and monitor price governance in the cluster. Assist the development and execution of optimal price and access strategies.
- Analyze healthcare market trends, health economics outcomes, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the development of partnerships with selected healthcare system stakeholders in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Support the demonstration of improved outcomes for patients and the healthcare system with company products and solutions to generate advocacy, support patient access and market development.
- Support aligned and compliant Market Access activities and processes (including pricing and launch timing databases).
- Act at all times within the local pharmaceutical standards/ethics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or post-graduate qualification in a science-related field (e.g. pharmacy, epidemiology, health economics or economics, public health, biostatistics).
- At least 3 years experience in pharma(with health economics or HTA or relevant field in market access)
- Proven track record of success in managing stakeholders and developing and implementing access strategies
- Proven ability to establish strong influential relationships with key stakeholders/government officials.
- Analytical and learning agility are advantageous
- Consultative and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English.
- Good interpersonal, time-management, written and oral communication skills.
