Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the existing documentation for the Corporate Accredited Management System.
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing for and facilitating both internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Conduct regular awareness training sessions to ensure all employees are informed about the Corporate Accredited Management System and its requirements.
- Develop training materials and schedules to effectively communicate key information.
- Support all other General Affairs (GA) functions as needed.
- Perform various GA-related tasks to support the department’s operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Quality Engineering Experience
- Basic understanding of Documentation.
- Involve in any kind of Audits; ISO related would be a plus.
- Conduct training
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/ PowerPoint)
- A good team player and a keen learner.
