Responsibilities:
- Lead & supervise cleaner to ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Arrange and store kitchen supplies, equipment, and food items in an organized and accessible manner.
- Restock clean items in designated areas for easy access during service.
- Collect and dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables responsibly.
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal methods are followed.
- Other duties as assigned by Management
