Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty construction machinery such as Komatsu, Caterpillar, and gensets to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery and equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to machine operators for proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Assist in generating maintenance reports and updates using basic IT tools to support management reporting.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations (negotiable).
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols during all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Proven maintenance experience or a strong machinery engineering background in excavators, forklifts, gensets, and other heavy-duty construction machinery (e.g., Komatsu, Caterpillar).
- Basic IT knowledge to assist in management reporting.
- Positive work attitude with strong problem-solving skills and people management capabilities.
- Nice-to-have (negotiable):
- Knowledge of logistics and operations processes.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License.
