Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple marine construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
- Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, and permits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance project outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in civil engineering or related projects; experience in marine construction is a plus.
- Strong interest in exploring and building a career in the marine construction industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CAD software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
