Job Descriptions
- Prepare and cook food
- Ensure good kitchen hygiene and housekeeping duties
- Attend to all kitchen duties including stock checking and supplies
- Maintain regular cleaning for all kitchen areas and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Undertake other assignments and/or ad hoc duties as and when required
- Report to the Chef-in-charge
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year experience in Japanese or western cuisine
Working Hours
- 5 days work week
