Job Description
- Your role will be to build and convert a pipeline of customers and prospects to grow adoption of OCI Generative AI (GenAI) Services and GenAI infrastructure. To that effect, you will identify AI-startups/AI Labs focused on LLM (Large language model) development, fine tuning and customisation for deployment on OCI GenAI infrastructure platform.
- You will also focus on identifying enterprise accounts looking to re-train/fine tune foundational models & inferencing to deploy on OCI Generative AI infrastructure as well as to leverage OCI GenAI Services.
- Responsible for revenue in your territory, you will be in-charge of all aspects of the opportunity lifecycle (pitch, solution development, commercial constructs, negotiation & contracting) and orchestrate the alignment of key technical resources (within APAC and Global) at the relevant stages of the lifecycle.
- Primarily aligned with the field working with customers, you will be interacting with extended teams internally (Field Sales, Presales, AI Infrastructure Tiger Team & Global PM teams) across the opportunity life cycle.

Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you will need a background in Infrastructure & AI-Generative AI domain & solutions (models/tools/frameworks etc) in a sales/ business development role. A good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (GPUs), Generative AI domain & a go-getter Sales attitude is a must. Knowing the competition and keeping abreast of the developments in the market is a critical requirement.
- You have over 10 years+ of rich experience selling Infrastructure (GPUs preferred) to enterprises and recently selling Generative AI use cases to AI startups/Enterprises. Experience & willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- With a strong technical sales aptitude, you have a sense of urgency & are highly motivated to develop new multi-million dollar business. Your positive attitude is contagious & you build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- You possess strong business acumen to spot opportunities for large AI Infrastructure deals where others see none.
- You are articulate & have great communication/presentation skills.
- You thrive in a team environment that is fast-paced & have a flair bringing teams together for a shared purpose.
