- Ensure bar and service operations standards are adhered to
- Ensure the highest quality of beverages served
- Recognize the regular customers and highlight to the Restaurant Managers about the particular customers’ preferences.
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with customers
- Record and report all customers’ complaints to the Managers immediately
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of in the Restaurant and connected areas or pantries
- Work with bartender and service team to ensure smooth operations of the bar
- Ensure appearance, orderliness, cleanliness and proper set up of all bars and their related areas
- Responsible for the quality and consistency of all drinks served in accordance with the standards set by the restaurant
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
