Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good relationship with new/existing clients and provide full recruitment support
- Perform research and understand clients and their industries well
- Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
- Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client's requirement and needs
- Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
- Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
- Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates
- Conduct reference check on candidates on behalf of clients
- Coordinate and negotiate on salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
- Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
- Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs
Requirements
- Candidate with more than 1 year of recruitment experience will have a distinct advantage
- Portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on mutual agreement basis
- Candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
- Candidate with no relevant working experience is welcome to apply
