Salary: S$2000 – S$3000

Work hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)

Location: Labrador Park


Job Scope:

  • Maintain vessel and volume records
  • Update and prepare operational reports
  • Maintain and update personnel records
  • Handle applications and renewals of Employment Pass (EP)/Dependent Pass (DP) & PSA Pass
  • Prepare and arrange business travel logistics
  • Process reimbursement claims
  • Oversee company vehicle maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewals.
  • Arrange courier services and manage contract filing systems.
  • Serve as Secretary to the General Manager, handling meeting coordination and correspondence.
  • Oversee office maintenance needs, including sanitation and repairs.
  • Manage office purchases, including stationery and pantry supplies.

Requirements:

  • Min. NITEC/Diploma in any field
  • Min. 1-2 years relevant experience
