Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of family life, including systematic planning and procurement, to enhance the overall quality of life for family members
- Oversee family schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, and handle relevant visa and documentation processes
- Plan and organize various activities, including but not limited to birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and social dinners, including reservations and arrangements
- Manage children's schooling, course registrations, and liaise with schools on related matters
- Provide additional administrative support, including but not limited to administrative tasks during travel, property rental administration, and medical arrangements and accompaniment
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Able to be on standby and responsive as needed
- Relevant work experience with familiarity with local culture and administrative procedures in Singapore
- Well-connected with a network of intermediaries or suppliers
- Pleasant personality, good temperament, reliable, down-to-earth, and extremely detail-oriented
- Occassional travelling is required
- A driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
