Personal Assistant

Zzx Management Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of family life, including systematic planning and procurement, to enhance the overall quality of life for family members
  • Oversee family schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, and handle relevant visa and documentation processes
  • Plan and organize various activities, including but not limited to birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and social dinners, including reservations and arrangements
  • Manage children's schooling, course registrations, and liaise with schools on related matters
  • Provide additional administrative support, including but not limited to administrative tasks during travel, property rental administration, and medical arrangements and accompaniment

Requirements

  • Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Able to be on standby and responsive as needed
  • Relevant work experience with familiarity with local culture and administrative procedures in Singapore
  • Well-connected with a network of intermediaries or suppliers
  • Pleasant personality, good temperament, reliable, down-to-earth, and extremely detail-oriented
  • Occassional travelling is required
  • A driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
