Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting:Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Administration:Manage and maintain office administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and mail correspondence.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide administrative support to project managers and engineers as needed.
- Logistics:Assist with logistics and procurement activities, including vendor management and shipment coordination.
Track and manage inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
