To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet
Involved in staffs' evaluation/performance
Managing daily/weekly costing and budgeting
In charged of all kitchen training and operations
Training of multiple cuisine (Chinese, Thai & etc.)
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline
Able to hands on whenever necessary
Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills

Initiative, willingness to learn
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
Maintain highest level of cleanliness & hygiene standard
