Position: Marketing and Content Specialist
Location: Raffles
Time: 7 Months, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary: $12/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including content creation, distribution, and optimization, to engage target audiences and enhance our value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content for various channels.
- Manage relationships with content partners and external agencies.
- Conduct research and analyze market landscapes, competitors, and trends to identify content opportunities.
- Create and execute content marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, to meet business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of B2B pitchbooks and understand the banking awards landscape, including pitching and amplification strategies.
- Act as a steward for brand excellence, ensuring consistency and creativity across all initiatives.
- Plan and execute virtual and physical customer engagement events, both internal and external.
Requirements:
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Curious, creative, and passionate about learning and proposing new ideas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Digital-first mindset and familiarity with engaging audiences across various channels.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing for growth.
- Keen interest in creativity, social trends, and business landscapes.
- Experience in event management and project planning.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
