Position Summary
This position will be responsible in supporting the Administrative Function of the Company which includes but not limited to management of worker’s dormitory facilities, canteen operations, transport arrangements and all other administrative related.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Overall management of workers’ dormitory including but not limited to overseeing the allocation of dormitory occupancy, dormitory facilities and maintenance works as and when required.
- Management of all company vehicles related matters including but not limited to maintenance, periodic servicing, vehicle insurance, heavy vehicle parking and road tax matters
- Management of transport arrangements for employees and work closely with appointed transport providers
- Management of canteen operations, building landscaping, office supplies and equipment such as photocopiers, employees’ lockers and office furniture.
- Assist employees with Visa application and bring them to embassy if required.
- Other ad-hoc support to HR & Admin operations whenever necessary.
Job Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience in dormitory and office management preferred
- Experience in dormitory and office management preferred.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
